🧵 Made-to-Order Production
All items are made-to-order as part of our commitment to slow fashion and sustainability.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your item to be created before it is dispatched.
This production time is in addition to the shipping times listed below.
💌 Processing & Shipping Times
Once your order has been created and prepared for dispatch:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Orders are handed over to our shipping partners within 1–3 business days of completion.
🚚 Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €50.00 within the European Union and Ukraine.

For orders under €50.00, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply (calculated at checkout).

International shipping rates outside the EU & Ukraine will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
📦 Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as Poste Italiane, BRT Bartolini, and international courier partners to ensure your order is delivered safely.

All shipments include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
